Influencer Program Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in the AR Labs Influencer Program (“Program”), you (“Influencer”) accept and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). Please read this agreement thoroughly before participating.

2. Program Participation

  • Influencer status is subject to AR Labs’ sole approval.
  • Influencers will be assigned a unique referral link.
  • Influencers are solely responsible for the promotion of products offered on arlabs.store in compliance with these terms.

3. Product Disclaimer and Promotional Standards

  • All products offered on arlabs.store are strictly for research purposes only and are not for human or animal consumption.
  • Influencers must prominently include the following disclaimer in all promotional content:
    “For education and research purposes only. Not medical advice or for human consumption.”
  • Influencers must never make, imply, or suggest any medical, therapeutic, health, dosing, or performance-related guarantees regarding products. 
  • Influencer assumes full responsibility to ensure that potential customers are made aware of this disclaimer.
  • Failure to comply with this section may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

4. Customer Discount

  • Customers utilizing the Influencer’s unique link will receive free shipping on eligible purchases.

5. Commission Structure and Payment

  • Commissions are calculated at 10% of the customer’s total order amount, excluding shipping charges and bacteriostatic water.
  • Commissions apply solely to the sale of peptide products.
  • Payouts occur within seven days after the month’s end for the commissions earned in the prior month.
  • Influencers are responsible for all taxes related to commissions received.
  • AR Labs reserves the right to withhold commissions in the event of violation of this agreement or applicable law.

6. Influencer Conduct, Compliance, and Review

  • Influencer agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including advertising laws, consumer protection statutes, and relevant research chemical policies in every jurisdiction where promotion occurs.
  • Influencer must not engage in false, misleading, or deceptive advertising, nor use spam, unsolicited email, or prohibited methods for promotion.
  • Influencer will not represent themselves as an employee or agent of AR Labs.
  • Branded keyword bidding is prohibited.
  • AR Labs reserves the right to require submission of promotional materials for compliance review and request corrections or removal of non-compliant content.

7. Indemnification

Influencer shall fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AR Labs, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Any breach of this Agreement;
  • Any violation of applicable laws or regulations;
  • Any promotional materials or statements made by the Influencer outside of AR Labs’ approved content.

8. Termination

  • AR Labs may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by written notice.
  • Influencers may terminate the Agreement by submitting written notice to AR Labs.
  • Upon termination, all future commissions are forfeited.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • AR Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or Program.
  • AR Labs’ total liability to any influencer shall be strictly limited to the amount of commissions actually earned and paid prior to the incident giving rise to liability.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property of AR Labs remain the exclusive property of AR Labs.
  • Influencers receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use AR Labs intellectual property solely for product promotion in accordance with this Agreement.
  • Use of intellectual property must cease immediately upon termination.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • AR Labs reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • Influencers will be notified of changes.
  • Continued participation after changes implies acceptance of updated terms.

13. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between AR Labs and the Influencer and supersedes any prior representations, agreements, or communications.
