  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier. Estimated times are provided during checkout but are not guaranteed.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Once an order is shipped, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.
  • AR Labs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase.

International Shipping

  • We currently do not ship internationally

2. Refund & Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

  • Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final.
  • We cannot accept returns once products have been shipped.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

  • To process a replacement or refund, you must provide:

Non-Refundable Situations
